I have much to complain about in this short period of a few weeks. The first issue is the prohibition of smoking in coffee shops and bars by the government. I have problems. You see, now that smokers can't go to bars and coffee shops to smoke, they smoke everywhere else. Like on the roads, in the toilets, at home, etc, etc. It's polluting public air even more now. How exactly DOES this help to reduce the number of smokers in Singapore? If you don't let them smoke here, they'll smoke somewhere else. What's your problem? Why not just let them pollute one place and leave the rest of Singapore clean and smoke free?
Next issue. Almost every morning, if I'm not late, that is, I get on 961 and I'll be on my way to school. Okay, fine. But the problem is that there is always some guy who has taken off his shoes and rests his feet on the seat opposite from him. What's up with that? Have you any IDEA HOW DISGUSTING that is? And when you just stare at him in hopes of him putting his feet down and sparing a thought for the rest of the poeple on the bus, he GLARES AT YOU. Is it your fault you don't like someone else's foot in your face? I don't think so. I mean, what do you think the impression left on foreign visitors is? I shall say no more.
That's all I have to rant about today. Thank you for not caring.
Caine.
